Hey I said that thing in a previous post that Alex's kept acknowledging Scott and his parents as my parents, mother, father but tried to correct himself.
You predicted a lot of it, including that Ezra was the one making things change colors. I kept thinking you were sneaking a look at the later stories :-).
Now finally they got back together 'bout bloody time. Adam was willing to be a fugutive on the run with J-P now that's devotion.
Yeah, I think it says something that his immediate reaction to what he thinks is J-P telling him he committed murder is "We can handle this."
The different levels of emotion through their dialogue confusion, scared, worried, happy etc. Ending it on a great note though the whole Ezra thing too hilarious.
Glad you liked it. I tried for humor, because I didn't want it getting too mushy :-) what with Adam declaring his love and all. There's just so much romance I can take...

That's one thing about your fics is that it is heavily about relationship and love and blah blah but it never reaches that level of mushiness that some fics tend to go towards. This is not to say I don't like mushiness sometimes, but the transitions og moving towards mushiness and then shifting gear to another topic is done extremely well.

I am sooooo not romantic by nature. Scott and Logan are the level I'm really comfortable with for romance - they have a strong bond ( including sex, affection, admiration, respect); they're very funny together; they don't say "I love you" a lot and when they do there's usually a kind of humorous twist to how it's said. They trust each other with their lives; they tell each other things they'd tell no one else, but they're not all hearts-and-flowersy about it. As Oliver said at one point, they're more like best friends than lovers.
I think Jean-Paul and Adam are very romantic people so I write them as such, but I'd throw up :-) if not for being able to relieve romance with humor.

This chapter had just the right mix of romance and humor!

Oh good. I laugh at their jokes (which, I guess, means I laugh at my own jokes, but I try not to think about that). I'm glad when others do, too!
